MY FIRST TIME
WE CAN’T WAIT TO WELCOME YOU!
We love welcoming new clients to LōKAHI Wellness!
Our Centre is a tranquil and relaxing space, designed to help you feel at ease the very moment you walk in. To help leave your “everyday” at the front door and totally immerse yourself in the time you so graciously spend with us.
There is dedicated parking available at the front door, or within the estate area and we are open Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri & Sun from 10am to 9pm and Sat 8am to 6pm. Plenty of opportunity to make a convenient day and time to come and support your self-care.
Most of our treatments are in a private room with only Vitamin Infusions (IV Drips) and Lymphatic Drainage in a shared space. And of course our Chill Lounge is shared, where you can enjoy a complimentary cup of Yarra Valley Co tea or chilled water before or after your treatment. There is no need to rush away, you can take as long as you like!
On your first visit we ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.
This helps us to finalise your customer profile and waivers, to watch a first time floating video (if you are coming in for a float of course!) and to take you on a quick tour of the Centre. We have so many treatment options, a quick tour in person is a fantastic way to learn all that we can support you with. Plus time to ensure you understand how your therapy session will work!
We provide almost everything you will need for your visit regardless of which treatment you are joining us for. Towels, robes, sauna wraps, showers, amenities and hairdryers.
We have videos showing each of the therapy options and what to expect – browse through our services pages and learn more about your specific treatment experience and how to prepare! We have detailed information available.
If you have any questions then please contact us any time, we love to help. And we can’t wait to see you!
